Alhamdulillah Maryam is slowly developing the ability to stand independently, hooray!
She has always liked to climb on me or any other furniture, she uses her hands to grab whatever she can reach to help her to stand and now when she succeeds in standing up, she bravely takes her hands off whatever she is holding on to.
So far her greatest achievement in terms of the duration of standing independently is about 3 seconds. Alhamdulillah. There go my girl.
